What This Means for Your Property in The Greens

In towers, outdoor condenser units sit on balconies or shared service ledges, so access sometimes needs a short building-management approval rather than open garden access. Many towers also run a central chilled-water system for common areas alongside individual split units in each unit — we confirm which setup you have before quoting.

Common AC Repair & Installation Problems in The Greens

• Weak airflow from a shared or in-unit AC unit that has to run non-stop in summer
• Water dripping from the indoor unit onto the ceiling or wall below
• Outdoor condenser access blocked by building maintenance schedules
• Refrigerant leaks in units that haven’t had gas checked in a year or more

Our Approach to AC Repair & Installation

The Greens and The Views are Emaar-managed communities with defined rules around working hours and noise, which affects how AC repair visits get scheduled more than it affects the technical work itself — we plan around those community rules upfront so a visit doesn't get held up at the building on arrival. Dubai's extreme heat makes a working AC not a luxury but a necessity. Our certified technicians handle everything from routine maintenance to emergency breakdowns for all residential and commercial AC systems. If your unit is blowing warm air, it usually means low refrigerant or a failing compressor — both of which we fix same-day. A unit that keeps tripping your circuit breaker may have an electrical fault that needs urgent attention. Water dripping from your indoor unit often points to a blocked drain line, but if the water is spreading to walls or flooring, you may need a plumber alongside the AC technician. After a repair, many clients also schedule repainting of water-stained walls or ceilings caused by the leak. We service all brands — Samsung, LG, Daikin, Carrier, Mitsubishi, O General — and offer annual maintenance contracts to keep your system running efficiently year-round. Not sure what size unit your room actually needs? Use our free AC BTU calculator to work out the correct tonnage before you call.

AC Repair & Installation Pricing in The Greens

Most jobs start from AED 350, though the final price depends on the complexity of the work. We always begin with an inspection before quoting — sometimes a job that looks minor on the surface turns out to have additional issues once we actually open it up, so we'd rather look first and quote accurately than guess and surprise you later.

• We inspect the job first — most inspections are free, with no obligation to proceed.
• You get a clear, written quote before any work starts, starting from AED 350 for straightforward jobs.
• If the inspection uncovers a hidden problem (common with leaks, wiring, or anything behind a wall or ceiling), we explain it and quote for it before doing any additional work — never after.
• No surprise charges once work is underway — the price we confirm before starting is the price you pay.
