Terms of Service & Service Guarantee

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern the use of ahmtechnicalservice.com and any home or office maintenance service booked with AHM Technical Services ("we", "us", "our") in Dubai, UAE. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes & Pricing

We provide a free inspection and a transparent, itemized quote before any chargeable work begins. Quoted prices are based on the issue as diagnosed at the time of inspection; if additional work is discovered once a job is underway, we will inform you and obtain your approval before proceeding with any extra charges. There are no hidden fees.

3. Booking & Appointments

Appointments can be booked by phone, WhatsApp, or through our website. We aim to honor all scheduled appointment windows and will notify you as early as possible of any delay. Emergency and 24/7 call-outs are prioritized based on urgency and technician availability.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a booked appointment at no charge by contacting us at least a few hours before the scheduled time. Repeated last-minute cancellations or a technician arriving to find no access to the property may be subject to a reasonable call-out charge, which we will always communicate in advance.

5. Payment

We accept cash, credit card, and bank transfer. Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing for larger commercial or multi-day projects.

6. Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. Services completed by AHM Technical Services are covered by a workmanship warranty against defects in the labor performed, for a period communicated to you at the time of service. This warranty covers workmanship only — it does not cover damage caused by misuse, unrelated pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or work or parts supplied by a third party. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment we install are separate and are honored according to the manufacturer's own terms.

7. Refunds

As a service business, we do not offer refunds simply for change of mind once work has been completed to the agreed specification. If work performed does not meet the standard agreed in your quote, contact us and we will inspect and correct the issue at no additional cost under our workmanship guarantee. Where a job cannot be completed as agreed due to an error on our part, a partial or full refund of the amount paid for that specific job will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

8. Customer Responsibilities

To help us deliver safe and effective service, please ensure reasonable access to the work area, disclose any known hazards or building-specific access requirements (such as community gate permits), and ensure someone authorized is present, where required, during the appointment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, AHM Technical Services' liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from pre-existing property conditions not caused by our work.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
